Wholesale Terms

We are committed to partnering with the best boutiques in the USA. If you are interested in stocking Broken Glass Candle Co. candles, please email us at anna@brokenglasscandlecompany.com 

 Please provide the following information:

• Store Name

• Store Address

• Items you are interested in or if you are interested in custom fragrance development or private label

ORDERING & PAYMENT
Opening order minimum: $400

Reorder minimum $200

To qualify for a retailer account, retailers must have an online, brick and mortar  that is open and ready for business.

You must also have, and upon request provide proof of, a valid reseller’s permit , Tax ID or FEIN  (or your state’s or region’s equivalent documentation).

PLEASE NOTE: We do not allow any re-selling on 3rd party platforms such as Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, etc. 

Opening orders that do not meet the minimum will not be processed. Payments must be pre paid via credit card or Paypal upon order placement.  Our candles are made by hand and specifications for each order, and are only produced once payment has been received.


LEAD TIME 

Since our candles are hand cut and hand poured in small batches, production takes time. 

Anything ordered from Broken Glass Candle Co.  will ship within 7 - 10 business days non- seasonal and 12 -14 business days during peak season, unless otherwise specified. 

All orders are poured in sequence as to when received.

Please email anna@brokenglasscandlecompany.com if your order will consist of more than 300 candles, as we may need more time to produce larger quantities.  


SHIPPING 
We will provide you with a tracking number upon shipment. Broken Glass Candle Co.  is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered. Please take adequate precautions to make sure your orders are delivered to you safely.

You may also pick up your order at FEATHER + ELM, 219 N Main St, Hudson, OH 44236.   Please email us to arrange a time to pick up.

SAMPLES
Retailers located within driving distance  may schedule an appointment with us via email to sample the scents in person at FEATHER + ELM. 


RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns. All claims for shortages and/or damages must be reported to Broken Glass Candle Co. within 5 days of receiving the merchandise. After a review of your request, an exchange will be completed or a credit will be applied to a future purchase.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
